I don't believe people—or their careers—should be defined by a single title.

Every stage of my career has been intentional. From pharmacy to healthcare technology, business strategy, leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellness, each experience has built upon the last. Together, they form a purpose-driven journey, where healthcare, innovation, technology, leadership, and business come together to improve lives, empower others, and create lasting impact.

Yes, I'm a pharmacist. But my purpose extends far beyond a single profession. My passion lies in connecting healthcare, innovation, technology, and leadership to create meaningful solutions that improve lives and empower others.

My journey began in the Bahamas and has taken me across three countries—the Bahamas, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Along the way, I've had the privilege of building a career in pharmacy, healthcare information technology, business strategy, and executive leadership. I earned my Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) in the United Kingdom and, more recently, completed my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Information Systems Management.

Each step of that journey has reinforced an important lesson: the greatest challenges are rarely solved by expertise in a single discipline. They require us to connect healthcare, technology, leadership, business, and people in meaningful ways.

That realization became the foundation for PHITBiz Global Solutions LLC.

The vision for PHITBiz Global Solutions grew from a simple realization: I wanted the freedom to lead beyond the boundaries of a traditional role.

Throughout my career, I often recognized opportunities to improve systems, strengthen leadership, and leverage innovation in ways that could create meaningful change. While I was grateful for the opportunities to contribute within organizations, I realized I wanted to build a platform where I could more directly share ideas, develop solutions, and collaborate with individuals, professionals, organizations, and communities.

That vision became the platform. It brings together everything I'm passionate about professionally—healthcare, innovation, technology, leadership, education, and business—with one purpose: creating practical solutions that empower people and improve lives.

PHITBiz—representing PharmaHealth, Innovation, Technology, and Business—is more than a name. It reflects my belief that meaningful change happens when healthcare expertise, innovation, technology, and sound business strategy come together to solve real-world challenges.

PHITBiz Global Solutions is a purpose-driven ecosystem designed to educate, empower, and inspire meaningful change. Through PHITBiz, people can listen through podcasts, learn through webinars, experience through conferences and events, and transform by applying knowledge through consulting, coaching, and strategic solutions. 

Together, these experiences advance one mission: empowering people, driving innovation, and creating meaningful, lasting impact.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading initiatives that improve healthcare delivery, optimize clinical workflows, implement technology, and strengthen operational efficiency. Yet I've discovered that my greatest passion isn't simply improving systems—it's helping people recognize what's possible when leadership, innovation, and purpose come together.

The most meaningful lessons I've learned haven't come solely from classrooms or boardrooms. They've also come from life's most personal experiences. Losing my mother more than two decades ago, and my father in 2025, reminded me that our greatest accomplishments aren't measured only by professional success, but by the lives we influence, the people we empower, and the positive impact we leave through our work.

Their influence continues to guide me every day. My mother's belief in education, independence, and self-sufficiency shaped the woman I became, while both of my parents taught me the importance of resilience, faith, perseverance, and serving others.

As I continue building PHITBiz Global Solutions and expanding initiatives in healthcare, technology, leadership, wellness, and education, my mission remains unchanged.
